What should I do if I have a home claim?

You should contact us immediately to provide us with details of the incident. You may fill up a claim form  and mail it to the claims department or visit our offices as soon as possible to avoid delays;

If you are aware of the possibility of a liability claim, you must notify our offices immediately. Do not negotiate,  pay, settle, admit or deny any claim without our written permission to this effect.

What should I do in case of theft or vandalism to my property?

If you are the victim of theft or your home has been vandalised report it immediately to the police.

Obtain a police report and the names of all law enforcement officers concerned. After the police have inspected the premises, take reasonable steps to protect and secure your property from further damage.

What should be done in case of water damage?

If you have suffered water damage, try to minimise the loss or damage by repairing the source of the leakage and removing any accumulated water. Do not dispose of any of the replaced plumbing material until you have received our specific instructions.

Always refer to us before you throw away any damaged items or commence repairs unless such repairs are required to avoid further damages.
