The Home4Loan Insurance is a cost effective policy providing cover for the buildings structure only, which is the minimum cover requested by your bank when purchasing property through a bank loan.

The Home4Loan policy is available for all kinds of buildings, whether in a finished state or in shell form. This means that during the process of transforming a building into your home, the property will be protected from damages caused by storms or floods, fire and smoke, utilities drainage or vandalism.
